Do you prefer to sail on lakes, rivers and canals? If so, the Enkcraft Mackum is your perfect companion. Twin engines, combined with a bow thruster, makes manoeuvring on small waterways easy. This while engine noise, draught and vertical clearance are kept to a minimum. The ship is semi-custom, which makes every Enkcraft Mackum unique. A range from 13.50 up to 18 metres is being developed.
A ship for eternity
The Enkcraft Mackum is a ship for eternity. The steel hull will be built entirely on trusses of blasted plates which are digitally cut. As soon as the steelwork is finished, the ship will be treated with a two-part epoxy preservative paint system. In the design we have taken into account that in the future the ship must be easy to maintain and that there is an good accessibility to the technical installation. The safety of the ship is achieved not only through its excellent build quality and solid rubbing strakes, but also because it is fitted with many more safety features. For example, the ship can still sail well on just one engine.
